Atul Tulshibagwale, CEO
Atul brings in 15+ years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience. Prior to LinguaNext, Atul was CEO and co-founder of Trustgenix, Inc., a US-based identity management software company. Under his lead, Trustgenix became an industry leader with a solid customer base and was ultimately acquired by HP in 2005. Formerly, Atul was a Director of Engineering at VeriSign, Inc., where he helped set up and scale their digital certificate services. He invented several products and technologies during his stint at VeriSign. Prior to VeriSign, Atul was a founding team member of Querisoft (later renamed to Entevo, Inc.) which was acquired by Bindview in 2000. Atul started his career at Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). He holds a M.Tech. in Computer Science.

Jagdish Sahasrabudhe, COO
Jagdish comes to LinguaNext after 15+ years with SAP's Global Sales Organization. His last position was Vice President of Solutions Engineering for SAP-APJ (Asia Pacific Japan) where his team of 380 people, across 13 culturally diverse countries, supported annual software license sales of $ 600 million. Jagdish started with SAP-America in 1996 and sold in the Hi-Tech and Manufacturing industry for several years. While at SAP-America Jagdish won many awards such as "Winner of the most new deals" in 1999 and National Innovator of the year in 2005. As Director of Global Demo Strategy, from 2004 to 2007, he established a team of 150+ consultants and setup global delivery processes with centers in the US, China and India. He has been selected multiple times in the Sales Winner's circle and in the Top Talent pool which constitutes the top 2% of SAP-AG's global employee base. With core strength in Business Software Applications and Technology, Jagdish is an acclaimed Enterprise Solution Architect and has led teams to significant wins in competitive sales situations. Jagdish holds a M.S in Computer Science.

Rajeevlochan Phadke, President and CTO
Rajeev is an acclaimed language technology expert with 18+ years experience in developing system software and language technology solutions. Rajeev founded Image Point in 2002 to create path-breaking products and technologies in software localization and document management. He single-handedly drove the Image Point to make it de-facto standard and most preferred vendor for language localization in India. Earlier, Rajeev worked with C-DAC for 9 years where he architected several e-Governance projects such as the widely-acclaimed Department of Stamp and Registration System. Rajeev holds M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Abhijit Athavale, Director of Marketing
Abhijit Athavale is a technology marketing executive with over 18 years of hi-tech business experience. Prior to LinguaNext, he was the strategic consultant for Sanved DA where he drove the company’s marketing strategy and channel partnerships. Previous to that, he was VP/Marketing for Taray where he was instrumental in developing the company’s marketing strategy from the ground up. Taray was acquired by Cadence in 2010 to strengthen its FPGA design-in solutions. Before joining Taray, he was with Xilinx in the Silicon Valley for 11+ years in several engineering, applications and marketing management roles. He is also the founder of Markonix, a marketing organization that focuses on providing low cost marketing services to high technology businesses worldwide. He has published several articles and is also the author of a book. He holds a M.E. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
